Who is selling to you

These terms govern the purchase of Anahata Journal 2027 on anahatajournal.com. The journal is sold to you by Marisa Jaworska, who sells it in her own name, as an individual, under the name Anahata Journal. She is the person with whom you enter into the contract; when we say ‘we’ or ‘us’ in these terms, we mean her:

  • Seller: Marisa Jaworska, an individual (natural person) selling in her own name
  • Name used on this website: Anahata Journal
  • Address: ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland
  • Address for returns and complaints: ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland
  • Email: marisajaworska@gmail.com
  • Phone: +34 622 739 223

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to purchases made on this website. The terms that apply to your order are those published at the time you place it: we recommend that you save or print them. We’ll also email them to you with your order confirmation.

By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and accept them. To buy, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract; generally, this means being of legal age.

If you buy as a business, these terms also apply, except for what the law reserves for consumers, such as the right of withdrawal and the special legal guarantee rules for consumers.

The contract is concluded in English, the language of this version of the website, whichever edition of the journal you choose. By buying here, you agree to receive all information and communications about your order in English. If you’d prefer the contract and our messages to be in Spanish or Polish, you can buy from the version of the website in that language.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law.

The product

Anahata Journal 2027 is a planner and a journal in one book, dated from 1 January to 31 December 2027: A5 format (148 × 210 mm), 472 pages, hardcover. You’ll find its full description on this website, in the product section (anahatajournal.com/en/#producto).

There are three editions, depending on the language of the inside pages: Spanish, English and Polish. When you buy, you choose how many copies you’d like of each edition, and you can combine several editions in one order; the inside pages of each copy are printed in the language of its edition. Please check your choice carefully before you pay.

The images on this website show the journal and some of its pages. The inside pages shown are from the English edition; in the Spanish and Polish editions, the same pages carry their text in that language. We take care that the images show the journal faithfully; even so, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Manufacturer: Marisa Jaworska, ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland, marisajaworska@gmail.com.

Price

Each copy costs €39.90. This is the final price you pay for the journal.

Shipping is not included: Spain: €4.90; rest of the European Union: €9.90; rest of the world: €14.90 (per order, whatever the number of copies). Before you confirm your purchase, the payment page will show you the total amount you’ll pay, for the journal and shipping.

The price that applies is the one in force when you place your order.

If the journal is going outside the European Union, or to an area that is part of it but lies outside its customs or VAT territory (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla), the person receiving the parcel may have to pay customs duties, taxes or customs fees at the destination, which are not included in the price.

Payment methods

You pay online when you place your order, through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), a secure payment platform. You can use a debit or credit card or any of the other methods Stripe shows you on its payment page.

Payment is made in euros, on Stripe’s page, over an encrypted connection and, where applicable, with your bank’s verification. We never see or store your full card details.

How to place your order

Buying your journal takes just a few steps:

  • Press ‘Buy’ and, in the ‘Your order’ window, choose how many copies you’d like of each edition (the language of the inside pages). Then press ‘Continue to payment’.
  • You’ll go to Stripe’s secure payment page, where you’ll enter your name, your email address, your phone number, your shipping address and your payment details.
  • Before you pay, check the summary: editions, number of copies of each, price, shipping costs and total amount. You can correct your details in the fields themselves or go back to change the editions or the number of copies.
  • Press the payment button: by doing so, you confirm your order and commit to paying for it.
  • You’ll see the confirmation on screen, and Stripe will email you the payment receipt.
  • Before we send you the journal, we’ll email you the order confirmation, with your order details, these terms, the withdrawal form and the ‘Withdraw from contract here’ link.

Your contract and your copy

The contract is concluded when you complete payment. We keep an electronic copy of each order; yours is the confirmation email, and if you need it again, just ask us at marisajaworska@gmail.com.

You can combine copies of different editions in one order: you choose how many you’d like of each.

If, exceptionally, we were unable to fulfil your order (for example, because it is out of stock), we’ll let you know as soon as possible and refund everything you paid without undue delay.

Shipping and delivery

We ship anywhere in the world.

Shipping costs: Spain: €4.90; rest of the European Union: €9.90; rest of the world: €14.90 (per order, whatever the number of copies).

Delivery time: the time we tell you when we confirm your order and, at most, 30 calendar days from purchase. If the journal hasn’t been printed yet when you buy, we’ll tell you before you pay the date from which we’ll ship it, and the delivery time runs from that date. If, in any case, we hadn’t agreed any time or date with you, we’ll deliver your order within 30 days of your purchase at the latest.

Your order is delivered by the postal service or courier company we tell you about when we send your order to the address you give us. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. If we don’t deliver within the agreed time, you can give us a reasonable additional period; if it still hasn’t arrived by the end of that period, you can terminate the contract (that is, cancel the purchase) and we’ll refund everything you paid without delay. You can terminate it straight away, without giving us that additional period, if we refuse to deliver, or if, before you bought, we agreed that receiving it on or by a specific date was essential for you.

The journal travels at our risk until you, or the person you name, receive it. If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, tell the courier and, if you can, ask them to make a note of it; then write to us with a photo. This helps us sort it out sooner, but if you don’t, you don’t lose any of your rights.

Please check your address carefully. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it couldn’t be delivered and you didn’t collect it, we’ll write to you to arrange sending it again; in that case, you’ll pay for the new shipment.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right is set out in Articles 27 and 28 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the journal. If you order several copies and they arrive separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

You can also withdraw before you receive it.

How to withdraw

The quickest way is the ‘Withdraw from contract here’ link, which you’ll find at the bottom of every page of this website and in your order confirmation email (you can also go straight to anahatajournal.com/en/withdraw/). Enter your name, your order number (or the date of purchase and the email you bought with) and the email where you’d like to receive the confirmation, and press ‘Confirm withdrawal’. We’ll immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your statement and the date and time you sent it.

You can also tell us your decision by email to marisajaworska@gmail.com or by letter to ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland, using the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms or any other clear statement. To help us find your purchase, please include your name, the date of your order and the email you bought with. We’ll confirm by email that we’ve received your decision.

All you need to do is send us your decision before the withdrawal period ends.

Returning the journal and your refund

Please send the journal back to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us that you’re withdrawing, to this address: ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland. It’s enough to send it before that period ends.

You pay the direct cost of returning it, unless the journal is faulty or isn’t the one you ordered: in that case, we cover it.

We’ll refund everything you paid us, including the original shipping, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day you tell us about your decision. If you chose a faster or more expensive shipping option than the cheapest one we offer, that difference isn’t refunded. We’ll use the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree on another, and the refund won’t cost you anything.

We may hold back the refund until we’ve received the journal back or until you’ve sent us proof that you’ve returned it, whichever happens first.

You can examine the journal as you would in a shop: leaf through it and look at its finish. If you write in it, mark it or damage it, you’ll be responsible for the loss in value, which we may deduct from the refund. Please pack it well.

Legal guarantee: if something isn’t right

We are responsible for any lack of conformity (the journal having a defect or not being what you bought) that exists when it is delivered to you and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, as set out in Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Article 43c), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/771. If it appears within those 2 years, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the contrary is proven.

Some examples of lack of conformity: badly printed, blank or loose pages, faulty binding, damage in transit, or a different edition from the one you ordered.

If the law of the country where you live gives you more protection, that law applies. In some countries the period is longer: if you live in Spain, for example, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery (Article 120 of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

Write to us at marisajaworska@gmail.com, with photos if you can; we’d be grateful if you let us know as soon as possible. You can choose whether we replace the journal or repair it, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate; with a printed book, the usual solution is to replace it. We’ll do so free of charge, shipping included, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. If that isn’t possible, if we don’t do it within a reasonable time, if the defect reappears or if it is serious enough to justify it, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or, unless the lack of conformity is minor, terminate the contract and get back what you paid.

The legal guarantee is separate from the right of withdrawal. We don’t offer any additional commercial guarantee.

Customer service and complaints

If you have a question, a concern or a complaint, email us at marisajaworska@gmail.com, call us on +34 622 739 223 or write to us at ul. Polna 15, 38-400 Krosno (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), Poland. We’ll confirm that we’ve received your message and reply in writing as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receiving your complaint at the latest, as set out in Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act; if we don’t reply within that time, your complaint is deemed accepted. If we don’t accept your complaint, in whole or in part, we’ll explain our reasons in writing.

If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can also try to resolve the dispute out of court. This is voluntary for both of us: we’re not obliged to take part in these procedures, but if you propose one, we’ll consider it in good faith.

In Poland, where we are based, consumer disputes can be resolved by the permanent consumer arbitration courts (stałe polubowne sądy konsumenckie) at the Voivodeship Inspectorates of Trade Inspection, when both sides agree to it; the one for our region is at the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Rzeszów (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej w Rzeszowie). The procedure is conducted in Polish. If you live in Poland, you can also ask the consumer ombudsman of your town or district (miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) for free advice and help with your complaint. You’ll find more information on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, uokik.gov.pl.

If you live outside Poland, the European Consumer Centre in your country can advise you and help you free of charge with complaints against businesses in other EU countries (there is one in every EU country, Iceland and Norway; in Ireland, for example, eccireland.ie). You can also ask your national or local consumer advice service for guidance.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025, which is why we don’t link to it.

Applicable law and courts

These terms and our purchase contracts are governed by Polish law. If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you have your habitual residence, that is, the rules that cannot be excluded by contract, as set out in Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

If you buy as a consumer and it ever became necessary to go to court, you can bring proceedings in the courts where you live or in the courts of Poland; we could only sue you in the courts where you live, as set out in Articles 17 and 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. Changes don’t affect orders already placed, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
